MaineHostingCompany was formed in May 2002 by Dory McLean and Jarrod Hasting from Southern Maine. Jarrod builds websites and does some programming. Dory installs CGI and PHP scripts.  Jarrod is a former accountant and has a masters degree in economics. 

Dory has a Masters Degree Anthropology and a Ph.D in Anthropology. Check back soon for the link to Dory's  Urban Anthropology Ph.D dissertation !   Jarrod and Dory are both Reiki Masters and have an interest in holistic healing and both are active in the animal rights/welfare movement.
